Chrysalizations and Chaosizations
These are extremely complex processes and should never be undertaken without massive commitment among the Individuals who are to attempt them. Like all Magickal Operations (and indeed probably all processes) what is received from them is in proportion to what is put into them. However, their Magickal Nature indicates that it would be much better not to even start. . . unless it is the True (Well-Examined) Will and Wills of all Individuals who are to participate (and/or be affected by the undertaking) to pursue the process until it's Natural Conclusion.
These are Passion Plays, they are one of the most Ancient and Effective of all Magickal Operations. They are not Secret (whether or not they should be). Anyone of a moderately discerning Intelligence can read Crowley's MoonChild, Wilson/Shea's Illuminatus (particularly in the third volume, where the mechanics for the Manifestation of Eris are discussed) and/or various other works in the public domain and get the general Idea. In fact it's recommended. Such Processes are almost always concentrated on One Individual (otherwise the difficulty of the logistics becomes truly phenomenal) and more specifically upon that Individual's Conscious Spiritual Evolution (although during the Process that Individual has to Consciously Suspend DisBelief, the further the better).
The Forms and Techniques of such Operations, if performed well, consist of a delicately balanced combination of the most current Scientific Conditioning and ImPrinting (with consideration given to various theoretical Physics Theorems) Procedures, with some of the most archaic "Damned Foolishness" still remembered by HomoSapiens Moderne. And as Messieurs Wilson and Shea point out so succinctly and correctly in their Immortal Tome: "If the Science fails, . . . the DamnFoolishness may Work". Of Course, the correct combination and balance of those two is even more likely to Work.
