Full Moon

Value & Self, Identity
Teaching: Ren

Ren is, in Ægyptian, the true name of an Entity.  One’s indestructible self.  It was believed that if One’s name was anywhere inscribed the Entity that bares that name will exist or have existed.  This is why names were carved out of temple and palace walls.  Not to imply that the person or event did not exist, in Chronometric time, but that in Durative time, the time plane of intent and the final draft, they did or will not exist.  Here Chronometric time was thought of as the rough draft of Durative time.  This is why it is so important for one to pass the Weighing in the Hall of Two Truths, so that Djehuti may, under the Ægis of Ma’at, enter the name into his scroll.  Leo is self confidant, the lion, proud with mane flowing round his neck.  Leo would not let his True Name his Ren not be written in on Djehuti’s scroll.  Leo does this by continuous self assessment and evaluation.  Examining the strengths and flaunting them.  The negatives, they get carved out of the walls of the soul.  This Full Moon celebrate who you are and what makes you individual and perfect.  Enhance your positive qualities, wear them as a badge of honor, and eliminate the negative.
